Straight talk: Ethics

We are fierce about ethical conduct – our own, our client’s, our profession’s and your profession’s.

Part of our assignment, contractual or not, is to keep you out of trouble.  We will flag something problematic we’ve spotted, and expect to discuss it responsibly with you. But if we find a client operates unethically, we will resign the account instantly.

We adhere to the Code of Ethics of the Public Relations Society of America, which spells out this conduct: “The level of public trust PRSA members seek, as we serve the public good, means we have taken on a special obligation to operate ethically … Each of us sets an example for each other – as well as other professionals – by our pursuit of excellence with powerful standards of performance, professionalism, and ethical conduct.”
